1. Services
Magic Painting LLC provides professional painting and remodeling services in New Jersey and surrounding states, including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, drywall repair, commercial painting, deck and fence painting, pressure washing, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
2. Estimates
All estimates provided by Magic Painting LLC are free of charge and are based on an in-person or virtual assessment of the project. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes after the estimate is provided.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project and client approval. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
4. Insurance
Magic Painting LLC is fully insured for all services we provide. Our insurance coverage protects both our clients and our team throughout the duration of every project.
5. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 30 days of project completion and we will address the issue at no additional cost, subject to normal wear and conditions.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for clearing the work area of furniture and personal belongings prior to the start of the project unless otherwise agreed upon. Magic Painting LLC will protect floors and fixed furniture with drop cloths during painting.
7. Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
